Shopping Policy

Unless stated in the item listing we do not provide refunds.
For those items where replacements are offered, they are only for fault/defect within 21 days of purchase and the faulty item must be returned.
Replacement will be processed within 5 business days after receiving returned item. Shipping costs for replacement will be borne by the purchaser.
We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly.
